Our Programs
Youth
For athletes ages 12 and under who might be new to the grappling world and are interested in learning the fundamentals of wrestling, build confidence, make new friends.
Elite
Athletes who have the fundamentals and are striving to improve their skills in the wrestling room and test their skills in local, regional, and national competitions.
Adult
Geared towards working professionals and young adults looking to try something new to get in shape, enhance their jiu jitsu game, or learning to grapple.
Membership
Legion Wrestling Academy offers year-round training. Membership options include monthly, seasonal, or annual plans with unlimited practices in your chosen program.
